IT and Digital Services

We are passionate about new technologies, which allows us to better understand the legal challenges associated with them. We have experience advising major players in the IT sector, including hosting providers, software developers (including SaaS providers), and online platforms. We offer support in bringing new AI models and systems to market, as well as in ensuring appropriate legal safeguards for entities implementing such technologies.

We assist our clients both in preparing contractual templates—such as terms of service and framework agreements—and in adapting these documents to constantly evolving legal regulations in the digital sphere. We have supported clients in implementing changes required by, among others, the OMNIBUS Directive and the Digital Services Act (DSA).

We also have experience responding to the consequences of cyberattacks, particularly those involving data theft and ransomware incidents. We closely follow developments related to the NIS2 Directive and the national cybersecurity framework.
