We have supported clients in implementing changes required by, among others, the OMNIBUS Directive and the Digital Services Act (DSA).
We also have experience responding to the consequences of cyberattacks, particularly those involving data theft and ransomware incidents. We closely follow developments related to the NIS2 Directive and the national cybersecurity framework.
