Krzysztof Kwapiński

Attorney at law

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin. Since 2010 he has been a member of the Szczecin Bar Association. Participant of numerous trainings in, among others, economic turnover, commercial law, civil law, criminal law and criminal fiscal law, economic crime, as well as procedural law.

As part of his professional practice, he provides comprehensive legal advice to companies in the field of business, commercial, construction, transportation and civil law.

Krzysztof specializes in handling construction and infrastructure contracts, including negotiating construction contracts, execution of works, advising participants in the construction process and pursuing claims arising from the works.

He also has many years of experience in criminal proceedings.
