Piotr Gajlewicz
Piotr focuses his professional practice on international legal transactions, with particular emphasis on the German market. His main areas of specialization include maritime economy, the power generation sector, construction, as well as transport, freight forwarding, and logistics. He is fluent in both German and English, which he uses daily in supporting clients.
He is a member of the Offshore Wind Cluster at the Northern Chamber of Commerce, the Council of Stakeholders of the Port of Szczecin (RIPS), the Maritime Experts Association (MEA), and the Polish Maritime Law Association (PMLA).
He is a legal counsel and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin. He graduated from the Master of Laws (LL.M.) programme in International Economic Law and Business Administration at the University of Rostock. He also completed the “Law and Business in the European Union” programme at the Istituto Universitario di Studi Europei in Turin and the School of German Law (Humboldt University of Berlin and University of Wrocław). He has taken part in numerous industry trainings, including those organised by the Baltic and International Maritime Council (BIMCO).
Krzysztof Kwapiński
Krzysztof provides comprehensive legal advisory services to businesses in the areas of commercial, corporate, construction, transport, and civil law.
He specializes in handling construction and infrastructure contracts, including conducting negotiations for the conclusion of construction agreements, overseeing the performance of works, advising participants in the construction process, and pursuing claims arising from completed works. He also has many years of experience in conducting criminal and fiscal criminal proceedings.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin and has been a member of the Szczecin Bar Association since 2010. He completed postgraduate studies at Łazarski University’s Center for Postgraduate Studies in “Offshore Wind Energy – Management, Preparation and Implementation of Investments” and “Investment and Construction Process for Lawyers.” He has participated in numerous trainings in areas such as commercial transactions, commercial law, civil law, criminal law and fiscal criminal law, economic crime, as well as procedural law.
Krzysztof Gach
Krzysztof specializes in providing comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs in the areas of corporate law, compliance, employment law, and business matters. He has experience advising entities operating in the new technology sector, including hosting providers, SaaS (Software as a Service) vendors, and online marketplace platforms. In addition, he supports clients from the harbour, TSL (transport–shipping–logistics), and construction industries. He is fluent in English, which he uses extensively when assisting clients in cross-border transactions.
He has conducted training sessions for entrepreneurs in the field of contract law. For many years, he served as a Permanent Arbitrator at the Permanent Arbitration Court in Szczecin, operating under the West Pomeranian Voivodeship Inspector of the Trade Inspection Authority.
He graduated in Law from the University of Szczecin in 2014 and, after passing the bar examination with distinction in 2023, was entered on the list of legal advisors at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Szczecin. He gained his professional experience working for the Federation of Consumers, the Szczecin City Hall, as well as in offices of legal counsels and attorneys-at-law.
Agata Stankiewicz
Agata combines the provision of legal assistance with strong foreign language skills (English and German). She has extensive experience in providing legal services to businesses—primarily in the transport industry—as well as in representing individual clients in court proceedings involving contract law, criminal law, and family law. In her client relationships—both with businesses and private individuals—she prioritises understanding their needs, addressing them effectively, working collaboratively to find solutions, and maintaining absolute reliability.
She graduated from the University of Szczecin in 2016, where she defended her master’s thesis in criminal law. From her first year of studies, she combined academic education with professional practice, gaining experience in advising enterprises and conducting litigation. She received a DAAD scholarship for an advanced German language summer course in 2013, during which she participated in the programme “Juristische Fachterminologie – eine Einführung” at the University of Bremen.
Between 2017 and 2019, she completed her advocate training at the Szczecin Bar Association. During the same period, she graduated top of her class from the School of German Law, organised by the University of Gdańsk and the University of Cologne. She passed the professional bar examination in 2020 and was subsequently admitted to the list of advocates of the Szczecin Bar Association.
Arkadiusz Jaskuła
Arkadiusz has extensive experience in advising entrepreneurs in the field of construction law, particularly regarding matters related to obtaining building permits, zoning and land development conditions, as well as appeals against negative administrative decisions. He supports clients across the broad spectrum of administrative law—both at the stage of issuing decisions and appealing against them, as well as in administrative court proceedings. He also has experience in handling public procurement proceedings.
Arkadiusz is additionally involved in cases concerning organised crime and so-called white-collar crime. He has acted in matters relating to economic offences, managerial misconduct, subsidy fraud, and corruption-related crimes.
He completed his advocate training at the Greater Poland Bar Association, graduated from the University of Szczecin, and pursued a semester of studies at the University of Rostock in Germany as part of an Erasmus scholarship. He is the author of several publications on commercial and economic law. Arkadiusz is listed with the Greater Poland Regional Bar Council in Poznań.
